Muttaburrasaurus Interpretation Centre
Description | The Muttaburrasaurus Interpretation Centre is part of Australia’s Dinosaur Trail, offering an immersive educational experience about the prehistoric past. Awarded a 2024 Stamp of recognition by the Best of Queensland Experiences Program.
Rationale | The design integrates educational content with interactive exhibits, making it an engaging and informative destination for visitors.

Insect Agency – Queensland Museum
Description | Insect Agency is an engaging insect exhibition that fosters positive insect/human relationships, provides a platform for current entomological research, and increases awareness of entomological sciences. The exhibition will showcase the Queensland Museum’s collection and expertise, celebrate the Entomological Society of Queensland’s centenary, support lifelong learning, link to STEM and school curriculums, and be suitable for touring to Queensland Museum Network campuses.
Rationale | Designed to resemble an investigative research lab or insect intelligence agency, the experience culminates in the ‘Insect Academy,’ where visitors can get a badge to further their investigations and with the help of an insect narrator engage in activities and resources.

Focus Shift – MoB
Description | Focus Shift is an exhibition at the Museum of Brisbane that celebrates Brisbane from completely different perspectives, reflecting the dynamism of our encounters with the city. It aims to shift perspectives and engage audiences in new ways of seeing the world.
Rationale | The exhibition design focuses on creating immersive experiences that provoke thought and inspire creativity.

The Tree of Knowledge – State Library of Queensland
Description | The Tree of Knowledge is an iconic heritage site in Queensland, celebrated for its historical significance. The Infozone at the State Library of Queensland provides detailed information and interactive displays about this landmark.
Rationale | The exhibit design emphasizes historical education and interactive learning, enhancing public understanding and appreciation of Queensland’s heritage.

RE:Collections UPFront Window Trail – Delta Yarns
Description | RE:Collections UPFront is a public art project and part of a Festival that transformed urban spaces into interactive galleries, showcasing local artists’ works and engaging the community in cultural dialogue.
Rationale | The project aims to make art accessible to everyone, promoting local talent and fostering a sense of community pride.

Harry Potter Movie Magic Experience – Warner Bros Movie World
Description | Guests would queue at Platform 9 3/4 right alongside a recreation of the Hogwarts Express. The walk-through began by admitting small groups of guests into a small room with brick walls surrounding. Thanks to the magical expertise of the group’s guide, the wall would magically slide away to reveal Diagon Alley. Guests were guided along Diagon Alley, with a quick stop at Ollivanders Wand Shop and into Harry’s dormitory. Guests then learned the art of sending an owl with a real-life owl display.
Rationale | The experience design immerses guests in the magical world of Harry Potter, blending interactive storytelling with engaging visual effects to create a memorable attraction.

Somerset Civic Centre
Description | Somerset Civic Centre is a hub for community events, performances, and gatherings. It serves as a vital cultural and social landmark, promoting local talent and providing a venue for diverse activities.
Rationale | The brand strategy for Somerset Civic Centre highlights its role as a community cornerstone, enhancing its visibility and accessibility to the local population.

Junior Wonder
Description | Junior Wonder nurtures independent, curious, and calm thinking in children of all abilities, including neurodiverse kids aged 2 to 10+. The products include modular and customisable decks designed to enhance problem-solving, foster intrinsic motivation, and promote positive routines and creative thinking in children’s lives.
Rationale | The brand strategy focuses on inclusivity and empowerment, leveraging innovative product design to cater to diverse developmental needs of children and support parents, care-givers, educators and professionals.

Delta Yarns
Description | Delta Yarns is dedicated to promoting storytelling and community engagement through various creative projects and initiatives. It aims to foster connections and shared experiences within communities.
Rationale | The brand strategy emphasizes the power of storytelling and community, positioning Delta Yarns as a facilitator of cultural and social cohesion.

Celebrate Ageing
Description | Celebrate Ageing Ltd is a charity combatting ageism and building respect for older people. Founded in 2013 by Dr. Catherine Barrett, it utilizes art and narrative-based approaches to bridge the evidence-culture gap. The organization offers fellowships, particularly for marginalized groups of older people through its Leadership Academy.
Rationale | The brand strategy focuses on advocacy and education, using creative approaches to challenge societal norms and promote inclusivity.

Description | Nakau works with Indigenous People and customary landowners across the Pacific Islands to develop community-owned carbon projects that support nature, people, culture and climate resilience.
Rationale | Effective branding and graphic design communicate Nakau’s commitment to preserving cultural heritage while promoting environmental sustainability.

Description | Climate Action Now adapts an established and trusted environmental brand into a high-visibility marketing campaign, integrating it with the “Together We Can” initiative.

Treely
Description | Treely promotes environmental consciousness through interactive storytelling. The Storyteller Tree is a unique concept that engages individuals in the narratives of nature and conservation.

Description | Safe Home assists householders in identifying and eliminating fire and safety hazards in and around their homes. Firefighters are available to visit upon request, providing advice on smoke alarm placement and fire safety concerns.
Rationale |The program aims to reduce death, injury, and property damage from home fires and accidents by offering practical safety advice and resources to all Queenslanders.
Fight Fire Fascination (FFF) Program
Description | The Road Attitudes and Action Planning (RAAP) is a free road safety awareness and education program delivered in Queensland schools for Year 11 and 12 students. The program is delivered by firefighters with extensive experience responding to road crashes.
Rationale | The program educates young people about road safety, aiming to reduce road accidents by providing them with the knowledge to make informed decisions.

Description | Feathersome is a community-focused project that uses creative mediums to foster connections and inspire positive change specifically awareness of women in leadership. The project includes workshops, publications, a magazine and support for people affected by domestic violence.
